Attire
Students should wear loose fitting clothing such
as sweat pants or loose fitting shorts. Female students should
bring sports bras or bathing suit top as well.

and will take notes during class.
Cancellations with more than 10 days before class
will receive all but the $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations
less than 10 Days notification will forfeit the entire fee.
